How refunds work for Career Pro and Campus subscriptions.
Stulinked's core academic tools are free and there's nothing to refund there. This policy covers paid Career Pro and Campus subscriptions only.
This policy applies to payments made for Career Pro (monthly or yearly) and Campus plans. Since Stulinked is a software subscription rather than a physical product, there are no "returns" in the traditional sense — this page explains when a refund of a subscription payment is available instead.
The Student plan is free and doesn't require payment, so no refund process applies to it. You can use core academic tools without ever entering billing details.
If you're charged for Career Pro and didn't mean to subscribe, or the tools didn't work as described, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the charge. After 7 days, subscriptions are considered used for that billing period and aren't refunded, though you can still cancel to stop future renewals.

Email hello@stulinked.app from your university address with the subject "Refund request", or use the contact form. Include the email used to sign up and the approximate charge date — approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We don't issue refunds for:
Campus plans are billed under a separate agreement with your university's career office. Refund terms for these are set out in that agreement — reach out to your career office or to us directly for specifics.
